JMRI is an international, peer reviewed scholarly publication dedicated to advancing academic research and knowledge across diverse disciplines. It provides a platform for original research, critical reviews, case studies, conceptual frameworks, and methodological innovations. The journal follows a double blind peer review process, meaning the author does not know who is reviewing their paper, and the reviewer does not know who wrote it. This keeps every review fair and focused only on the quality of the work.

JMRI welcomes submissions from these areas, though the scope is not limited to them.
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Co-authorship is allowed, up to three authors unless stated otherwise. Submit in Microsoft Word format, and include full name, institutional affiliation, designation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and an ORCID ID if you have one.

Authors submit through the official journal email or the online submission portal, following the manuscript preparation guidelines.
The Editorial Board checks scope, formatting, ethical standards, and plagiarism similarity before the paper moves forward.
Every manuscript is screened with detection software. The similarity index generally must stay under 10 to 15 percent.
Two or more independent expert reviewers assess originality, methodology, analytical depth, clarity, and contribution to the field, without knowing the author's identity.
The Editorial Board decides to accept, request minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject the manuscript.
Once all requirements are met, the paper is formally accepted, language edited, proofread, and prepared for publication.
The author's identity is hidden from reviewers, and the reviewer's identity is hidden from the author. Each manuscript goes to at least two subject experts chosen for their academic background and publication record.
JMRI follows the ethics principles set by the Committee on Publication Ethics, known as COPE. In simple terms, everyone involved, authors, editors, and reviewers, must act honestly and fairly at every stage of publishing.
Submit original work, cite sources properly, present accurate data, disclose conflicts of interest, and obtain ethical approval where needed.
Decide based on academic merit alone, run a fair review process, keep manuscripts confidential, and act on any suspected misconduct.
Give objective, timely feedback, keep manuscripts confidential, flag unreported plagiarism, and step aside if a conflict of interest exists.
JMRI has zero tolerance for direct copying, self plagiarism, data plagiarism, and improper paraphrasing. Every manuscript may be screened with detection software.
